In December, 2000, Hercules leadership continued its learning journey
with a tour of state-of-the-art Town Center developments.
Florida has the greatest concentration of New Urbanist projects at scales relevant to
the Hercules opportunity. The project itinerary included:

The tour covered more than 800 miles in three days of driving. At most locations, the
leadership team was briefed by project insiders, such as City Planning Directors, VPs-Real
Estate, Marketing Directors, Town Architects and Town Founders.
